Haven’t had a massage in over 10 years. Been carrying a lot of tension due to stress and also getting back into exercising (same 10 year break). Some friends referred me to Ashleigh and I’m so thankful they did. She used the right amount of pressure for what I could handle and was able to work the tension away. It’s great to not feel knots building up behind my scapulas for once. I definitely recommend Ashleigh!
