Ray had his team out next evening and they were very detailed and informative. They were able to be out next day to fix our thermostat and rewiring that needed to be done. Reached out to Assured Comfort on a Saturday afternoon for help with a broken old furnace - they came highly recommended by a neighbor and I can definitely see why! Ray called me within the hour and referred me to on call tech Steven who swiftly diagnosed a quick fix that he followed up with a visit first thing Monday morning.
