The quality and pricing here is the best you're going to get in Chatt Town- only place I consider to be comparable to what you'll find in Nashville. They also have a really decent monthly membership program, where if you don't go, you get charged for a credit and they never expire. You can also use the credits to bring a friend.Very professional and comfortable atmosphere; like you feel safe and know they know what they are doing, but also doesn't feel stuffy of clinical or anything like that. Very relaxing.

The Ama Spa is small but mighty! If you're thinking you want a large expansive spa to have a relaxing and luxurious experience, think again! Gorgeous artsy decor and inviting seating in the lounge. Sumptuous robes and a peaceful meditative mood throughout the massage rooms and hallways.Bonnie has the hands of an angel! We really enjoyed our couples massage. The help with booking and the courtesy of the staff while waiting was beyond excellent. The massage was amazing as well. Highly recommend this location if in the Chatt!

From Ama Spa

Ama, the Cherokee word for water, is a sacred element, intricately flowing in and out of the Appalachian way of life. The Cherokee's have a daily ritual called “going to water”,, submerging themselves in the river to wash away physical and spiritual ailments. Water is revered for its strength, vitality and wisdom. In return, it provides hydration, food, navigation and holistic healing. Ama Spa’s treatments are cultivated to embrace water as a source of life to preserve the mind, body and spirit for whole well-being.
