Sitting here at the ER with my fiancé who is very sick and in a lot of pain while one of the allied universal security guards just walks in smelling like smoke and turns on live tv on max volume on his phone while eating chips very loudly. It’s honestly ridiculous who is paying for these guys!

I deliver in the area of one of the security guys and after him telling me, the first time, not to park up front by the store entrances I have never parked there again. It was my first day on the route. So now I park in the parking lot and walk up to deliver. This guy LP # 1 3083 stops in the middle of traffic blocking a lady in while he waits to see if I'm going to park illegally. When I drove passed him, he then u-turns in the lane and follows me to my parking spot watching me. He's kinda creepy. Stop harassing me. I'm doing what you told me to do.

I worked for this poorly ran company who don't care about it's employees. They only starting caring when they lost two big contracts in a year alone one which put 25 guards out of a job.they only care when they get sued. They owe guards who work/worked for memorial hospital two months of back pay and don't understand why they can't keep guards. Pay your guards treat them better change your management they have gotten comfortable and complacent.
