I called and spoke with someone, gave her all of our move details, paid the deposit and scheduled our move. 2 days later, all within about an hour while I was working, I received multiple phone calls/messages and texts from different people wanting to “confirm” the details of my move. I returned the call on my lunch break and had to give all the same details from the initial call again. Both times I let them know we would not be available until 12 or 1 the day of our move…both people confirming that would not be a problem. I run an interior design business and needed to move a client’s furniture from my storage facility to their new home. The moving company that I had scheduled called and cancelled on me the day before the move was meant to happen. I immediately looked online for more options, contacted All Sons, and they were able to work me into their schedule right away so there was no additional delay for my client. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful.
