I called 911 Restoration because I didn't realize water damage wasn't just a little water on the floor. Little did I know, it was actually under my half bathroom floor tile, my hallway floor tile, my other bathroom floor tile, and had begun to saturate my bedroom carpet and padding. I wasn't aware how bad the damage was until three days later when my carpet was suddenly damp and stinky. After a day of pulling up the damp carpet, attempting to dry and clean it, I realized it was much worse than I had thought, and called 911 Restoration at around nine at night, thinking they would come the next day.
