Truly are the best!!! Liz is my go to and literally so awesome and has completely changed my skin with her facials! Judy also does a great facial! Austen does the most amazing job with the lash lifts and tints! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful! So grateful i met Liz and came to 3 leaf med spa!
Everyone at the spa is professional and so nice! I get the best facials from Liz and Judy. They are so attentive to my skin’s needs. Siara has the magic touch when it comes giving massages. I have the wellbeing membership and it’s worth every penny!
Sierra is the best massage therapist in Chattanooga. Three Leaf MedSpa is a terrific facility with a strong customer first service orientation. I enjoy weekly 90 minute deep tissue massages and plan to continue them indefinitely. Packaged deals are available
