“I had the most wonderful experience with Michael and Erica. I was already out of state when we wanted to sell our house in Franklin. They made all arrangements and helped us sign all documents remotely. My husband and I have bought and sold several houses and frankly we have never had such a great experience. Michael and Erica are service supreme!!!”
“I couldn't be happier with my selling experience with Karen Crouch as my Real Estate professional. It's important the agent listens to the client, sets reasonable expectations and achievable outcomes and communicates current status. Karen did all that and more!
Karen marketed the property well, always provided feedback after showings, worked to maximize the selling price, and stayed positive throughout - which means a lot through buying or selling a home. It's one of, if not, the largest purchases of our life! I would trust Karen a hundred times over handling my future real estate business.”
“Buying/selling real estate is a stressful situation. Imagine being clinically diagnosed with severe anxiety and panic disorder while buying land/building a home AND selling your existing home. It’s a perfect storm for triggers. UNLESS you have Cheryl Pitney as your representative. Cheryl is kind, soft spoken, laid back, honest, blunt & knowledgeable. If she feels something isn’t right on a listing, she tells you. She doesn’t walk you into a mess just to collect the paycheck. She truly cares about her clients. She was always available to us - nights, weekends or early mornings. You NEED Cheryl to hold your hand on your real estate journey. 10/10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
