Highly recommend Les Norris roofing! The storms out here are brutal on roofing. He replaced my roof and it still looks like new! My trees and fencing haven't held up to 2 years of wind/storm damage, but my Les Norris roof has! Les and his crew are honest, dependable, and work so well with insurance adjusters! BEWARE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULDN'T CARE LESS! This man ignores every issue you bring up. Where do I start. The sawdust leaking into our entire attic with no prior warning. Inaccurate measurements so many places. Left our attic exposed to weather in the front. He replaces some boards then leaves others including the rotting ones.. just incomprehensible! The porch is literally leaking even worse than before. After they were well into the job Les stands in front and said he "didn't know how to repair porches." The exact job he was hired to do!! The entire crew does not speak English so there is no communication there. Les was the only hired English speaking help and you will find yourself repeatingto him quite often as he does not listen well. He literally tried plugging in an extention cord 5 or 6 times after he was told that outlet was bad. Just one thing after another and to top all of that the man's last measley effort was attact an offcentered GUTTER to our FRONT porch and drill holes in our FRONT porch PILLAR then attaches a DRAINPIPE to it! We was left with the remainder of their overpaid paid job and again Les was of no help. Did not even have the decency to message me back! These photos are his finished work.
Our thoughts about Les Norris roofing we loved the professional touch. Les came to our home for the estimate and answered all our questions in person. When the roof crew showed up, they were timely and very professional worked fast and hard to beat the weather and cleaned up after the job was completed. We would highly recommend lLes Norris Roofing to everyone. Our roof looks amazing.
