Currently having an air leak issue with our home and, honestly, had no idea where to start. I called this gem of a human and although he is not able to help with our specific issue, he spent time on the phone brainstorming and googling with me to try to figure out what test/service I need and who in my local area can provide it. I mean, gosh! He was so helpful! Not to mention, after we hung up, he sent me a text with the googled info he had found (which I appreciate because I’m not proficient in matters like this).
Thank you for your care and concern today, I greatly appreciate it!

Chris did a fantastic job inspecting the home we are in the process of purchasing. His report was thorough, included photos, and he did a great job of highlighting things for us that need attention urgently and what things need attention eventually. He was very kind and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
