McCay Southern installed our Generac whole home generator. They did an outstanding job. Done quickly and they were very professional. We couldn’t be happier. They also did the one year service and Deacon was exceptional.

The technicians are described as very nice, kind, and knowledgeable, with one customer even wishing the main technician could be their "rent-a-son." Really appreciated the nice Technician that came and did the annual maintenance. He also took pictures of the propane tank because it is leaning against a cedar tree, we have not heard back from you about that , thanks Trudy Camp

I recently switched my maintenance program from the company that installed my generator 3 years ago to McCay, and I couldn't be happier. Shad came out and did the my annual maintenance for the first time and then came back when I had wifi problems connecting. He took care it with ease. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend McCay.
Added note, the original company that installed never gave me a key to lock the lid, Shad took care of that for me. He also explained step by step on how to setup the wifi again and showed me different things on the generator to look at in the event of a issue. I wish McCay would have been in business when I bought my generator. Very professional… read full review
