I recently switched my maintenance program from the company that installed my generator 3 years ago to McCay, and I couldn't be happier. Shad came out and did the my annual maintenance for the first time and then came back when I had wifi problems connecting. He took care it with ease. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend McCay.
Added note, the original company that installed never gave me a key to lock the lid, Shad took care of that for me. He also explained step by step on how to setup the wifi again and showed me different things on the generator to look at in the event of a issue.
