James porter came to my house to diagnose and set up a time to fix my generator. He communicated with me every step of the way, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend
We were very pleased with all aspects of this purchase. Joel was very informative. Because they had a cancelation we got an install quickly. Install was very professional. Guys were super good. We highly recommended using McCay Southern.
The technicians with McKays were greatVery nice kind and prompt in servicing our generac.And the main guy had such a sweet kind face. Would have enjoyed him being myRent-a-son. When I need help around the home.LOLOL.Was one negative.Seems like it took forever for McKays to get the parts needed from Generac.But at least it was under warranty.Hats off to McKays technicians GOD BLESS.
