“We are new to TN and own two convertibles, so how to get a live tree to your house? Clements! You pay for the tree online, choosing your size and delivery date. 48-hours prior to delivery you get a reminder call to confirm delivery and timeframe. The day of delivery we had two young men pull our tree off the truck and open it up to show the shape and make sure we were happy with the tree. If we weren't happy, they would have shown us another, as your happiness is paramount to Clements. The tree is gorgeous, full, and smells amazing! They trimmed the bottom for us and then brought into the house, even putting it in the stand and straightening it...talk about service! We are thrilled and you will be too. Better hurry though as I'm guessing their delivery calendar is filling up!!“
