My old tobacco barn had wind damage to the roof and I contacted Mike Simon through Facebook community page. His quick reply allowed for work to be done same day. The old roof needed a few other repairs which were priced reasonably and the work is scheduled to be done. Nice guy, reasonable pricing,very punctual. Highly recommend
We called Mike on a Saturday evening to come out and fix a roof truss in our attic. We were moving out of state and received the buyers' home inspection addendum that evening requesting that the truss be fixed, so we needed someone to come out right away. Mike and his wife were able to come to our house a couple of hours after we contacted them and fixed the truss, so their initial response time is quick. As far as we could tell, he did a quality job.
They were supposed to send us the pictures and invoice, so that we could send those to our realtor as proof that the job was complete, but it took them several days of my husband, myself and our realtor contacting...read full review
Simon did a great job. Mike came over here and his wife. And they did a quality job. They found things that were wrong done on the roof and corrected him. Fix my gutters and I said. I can't answer a better job and then what they do. And I really say if anybody out there needs somebody to do mettle roughing. He's a man you need to talk to cool that's it she
