Cindy is the absolute best! I came in told her what I wanted to achieve and she gave me her honest opinion and we went from there. I have very thick and naturally curly hair. Desperate for haircuts after salons were allowed to reopen. Found out ours had not opened so began researching and calling around to find a place we would feel safe and wouldn’t have to wait yet another month! Received reassurance they were following state guidelines and their follow through was perfect. Very professional and caring staff. Paid little more than than we are accustomed to but my husband and I left with the feeling close contact businesses can operate safely if everyone cooperates.

I love going to Total Image. Kim is amazing and in that saloon you are always feel welcome and get to know your hair dresser on a personal level as well. I would never go anywhere else. Kim humprey is awesome
