I hired these people to do my taxes in 2021 while I was doing ministry overseas. They missed the deadline, they filed an extension then missed the deadline for the extension, costing me a ton of money. It added up to 9 grand. They were nice on the phone, said they could write the IRS a letter, but never did. Its now 2025 and I'm still paying on it. I guess they were waiting for me to hire them again before contacting the IRS for their mistake. Its all good, God will take care of me.
