Even the most shy children feel comfortable during their examinations thanks to Dr. Pillion’s and Dr. Smith’s exceptional patience and ability to relate to children. The hygienists are fantastic as well; they make cleaning pleasant and explain everything in an entertaining manner. It's fantastic that my child now looks forward to her dental appointments! We came for a second opinion on our toddler. [The other dentist our son was seeing wanted to wait until he was 3 to fix a chipped tooth, which caused more issues. Then, they said there would be a waiting list even then.] We called Pillion and Smith and they were able to fit us in the very next day for consultation, due to a canceled appointment which gave availability. My son saw Dr. Smith and he was amazing with our toddler, who was quite frightened. He spoke with him, and he calmed down and began interacting. They even high fived and fist bumped. Then, they were even able to schedule everything to be fixed by next week. Hopefully, all goes well...
