“So we have had a moisture bond (*national brand* pest control company suggested the moisture bond over a termite bond explaining they would see any current termite activity when they inspected the moisture) and routine pest control with *national brand* for 30 years. Each year, they reported no termite activity. We needed a termite inspection and letter certifying no termite activity for the closing on our house. *National brand* refused saying they wouldn't issue a letter if they never treated the house for termites. Grrrrrrr. Jeff Worley with Bee Leave Pest Control came out and did the inspection and issued the letter. He was very nice, prompt, easy to work with, efficient, and reasonable.
