All I can say is that Albert was amazing!
He arrived quickly and expertly loaded my car. I knew immediately he was good at his job.
My tow was over two hours long. Albert drove safely and we passed the time with some friendly conversation (my suggestion 😊).
No one wants to have their car break down on the side of the road… Albert made a bad situation bearable.
I cannot say enough about Al and the service he provides!!! He is one of the nicest people you could meet and he’s been doing this job for a long time so his works and processes are smooth and speedy and top notch!! If you ever get in a jam, he’s the man to call!!
Thank you so much, Al!!! You’re the best! I hope I never need to be towed again, but if I do, I’ll be calling you!!
I had a bunch of scooted up experience with Aaa but Edgemont pulled through and was extremely professional. I spoke to Albert and he did the tow himself and got me out of the bad situation and a snowstorm. I highly suggest and I will definitely use again.
