Customers say they’re really good. One had an older drum trap that was clogged and couldn’t get the cap off; they replaced the cap and cleaned the system. Another noted they arrived on time, listened, and took care of problems in a timely manner, leaving areas clean. A plumbing issue was handled efficiently and quicker than expected, with pleasing service and cost. They also cut a tub spout off, were friendly and patient, and showed the parts needed. One job replacing all water lines and sewer lines was done in one day—great and professional.
I called Austin's Plumbing to assist with a drain issue under our kitchen sink. They were able to come the next day. They arrived earlier than expected staying in contact to inform us. Our issue was fixed in a timely manner, explaining everything they were doing. They cleaned up after finishing the repair. The price was fair and reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.
