Mr. Lippard delivered timely service and got our older cooling system to run more efficiently for the summer. Helped us know what needed to be done and why. Woke up to a wife saying the house was getting hot. Sure enough during the night the temperature had risen to 79 degrees. Opened the door and unit outside was not running. Checked a few AC places nearby and Thursday was best response time (today is Monday).
Then I called Lippard and said he could arrive in an hour or so. They checked warranty records and ensured my out of pocket was minimal. Its 0830AM and house is down to 75 already.

Oh, I forgot to tell you what was broken. As soon as the side panel was removed he noticed the capacitor was swollen and said here is the problem. Then he pulled out a cooked mouse the 7 farm cats had chased into the unit. That...read full review

When my heater stopped working I didn’t know who to call that wouldn’t rip me off so then I started calling my friends to see if they knew anyone. That’s when I was told to call Mr. Erle. I could not have been more pleased. He definitely knows what he’s doing, and has very reasonable prices. When I called him, he came right over to determine the problem and got it resolved in a timely manner. Thank you so much Mr. Erle.
