Very friendly staff. I really appreciate that the front desk is intent on communicating and helpful. I have gone to other urgent care places recently that feel more like ordering fast food rather than checking in at a doctor’s clinic. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism at Vanderbilt Health and Williamson Medical Center.
Healthcare worker and I take my family to this walk in and highly recommend to friends. Easy in and out and most times staffed with ER physicians. Everyone always very kind and efficient. Have taken mom who has congestive heart failure, children in for x-rays and myself or friends for spider/tick bites. All around always a great experience.
I scheduled a same-day appointment on a weekday evening, and I was surprised to see they had availability! I chose to come here for that reason, and it was close to my workplace. I am so glad I came here instead of other urgent care clinics. I cannot speak for much of the other staff, but I was so impressed by Dr. Ilaben Patel. Her bedside manners and compassion for patients is not something I often experience when going to the doctor's. One of the best in Nashville. I wish I could have her as my PCP.
