The new manager of this facility, Megan, had big shoes to fill with Brandon leaving this location. She has surpassed the incredible work that Brandon did at this salon and has made this the best Sun Tan City location in middle Tennessee even better! I was concerned at first and now I still believe that every Sun Tan City should model themselves after the job that Megan and her support staff including Sarah have done by filling the shoes left by Brandon.Corporate should copy how this location handles customer service and care and then use it as a corporate training handbook for all other locations.Ps: Checkout the new album by Grade 2 on Hellcat/Warner MusicServices: Tanning
The Nolensville road/concord road Sun Tan City location is great. Sarah and Heather are such great people! I love going there not just to tan but to see them because they are such friendly, funny and courteous & professional ladies to work with!!
