Kelly was so kind and attentive, very knowledgeable about her products. She was patient and did not make it feel like just a transaction she was actually interested in getting us the right product for us, I should mention we have allergies. We are very glad we went to the Merle Norman Brentwood. We will gladly be returning customers!
