8/30/25. Update: They offered to make it right Thank you, Jonelle for fixing my hair.
Worst haircut I have ever got. I have a very easy cut. My hair is short & thin. Trim off the split ends & shape it up. I couldn't show the front, it's worse. My hair is definitely NOT cut evenly or rounded. I told her don't do a V-shape. I told her I wanted to be able to straighten my hair & not have frizz or
split ends. There is a chunk taken out. 100% AWFUL. I went in 8-23-25.
This was my second trip to Great Clips..
First time was horrible. Different side of town.
But this time,,, I only have good things to say about the staff here.
& The lady who trimmed my hair did an excellent job.
I will be returning to this location.
My hair looks & feels fabulous.
My hair was getting unmanageable due to its length, so I went as a walk in and was seen immediately. She did a fantastic job, taking off 7 inches and styling it before I left. She charges 18.00 before her tip and gave me a coupon for my next service. HIGHLY recommend!
