We had Ken, from The Clean Air Co., out today to inspect and clean our vents. He was very knowledgeable and super thorough too! He took pride in his work and answered all of our many questions. He was very honest and after the inspection determined the areas that didn't need to be cleaned. We appreciate honesty in a company and we could see they weren't out to just make a buck, but really deliver what the customer truly needs. I'd give them more than 5 stars if we were able to. From starting with Chelsea to schedule the appointment, to finishing with Ken, we highly recommend The Clean Air Co.
Excellent, professional service from the time they entered to completion of the service. Excellent recommendations made regarding insulation needs to cut down my utility bill and increase the efficiency of my unit. Totally appreciated.
ken and luke came to our home to clean the hvac and dryer vents. even though i did my best to stay out of their way, i could nonetheless see the attention and concern ken and luke gave to their work. while the job was more difficult than average, they were thorough, polite, and explained what they were doing. the junk they pulled out of the vents was breathtaking, and the price for the attention to detail service they gave was surprisingly modest. great work with integrity.
