I would follow Caroline to the ends of the earth! I was about to cancel my membership at the west nashville store, I had also tried cool springs, and everyone I encountered was so rude and the work they did was garbage. But I found Caroline and she’s amazing! So kind, and great at what she does! I followed her from west Nashville, to the Brentwood store, even though it’s nowhere close to where i live. she’s fast, consistent and an artist of her craft!

I cannot say thank you enough to Caroline Gladden for my eyelash extensions!!! Finding someone this talented and this kind is rare . She is incredibly professional, respectful, and so thoughtful with every client. Her lash work is absolutely beautiful — lightweight, long-lasting, and always exactly what I wanted (somehow even better every time). Caroline creates such a calm and positive atmosphere, and I always leave my appointments feeling pampered and confident. Truly one of the sweetest and most gifted women in the beauty industry!
