“I visited this store while traveling to attend a nearby event. I decided I needed to pick up some material to use as some simple table covers. In the fabric department I found a nice design and had a young man cut the needed sizes. When he printed out a paper tape with the prices for me to take to the register, I noticed the prices were much higher than what the shelf price had noted. Turns out the bolt I had selected had been placed on the shelf in the wrong area. So it was either pay the higher price or leave the cut pieces behind, as the young man said he could not make any price adjustment. I took the fabric up to the service desk and asked to see a manager. A gal named Heather came out and I explained what had occurred and that the other employee had said there were no price adjustments. Heather said, "I'll take care of it", and immediately made the adjustment with no other questions asked. I thanked her. She told me it's easy to work with customers when they don't start the conversation by yelling at her as many people do. I told her I'd give her a nice review on Yelp. Sorry it has taken so long, as I misplaced my receipt onto which I'd written her name, but then just found it again this evening. Thanks again Heather!“
