I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. There is a lot to like here...but it's a hit or miss. I have been using this car wash for months now and mind you I pay $40 a month for the ceramic package...yes it's a bit pricey but I love my car and try to take care of it. With that being said, I used to get great washes from here but the past couple weeks the employees put very little effort into washing whatever it is they do before the automatic wash. I understand every one has a bad day, but when I pay $40 a month for this I want them to actually put some elbow grease into cleaning my car with those mop looking things they use. Something is definitely in need of repair at this location! Whatever the stuff is that sprays on your tires is definitely coming out entirely too much considering after going through the car wash and driving home the entire length of my car was covered in it from the front to the back on both sides. So much for a clean car. Thankfully this isn’t my usual location and thankfully I have the unlimited package so that I’m able to have it washed again tomorrow otherwise if it was a single wash it would of been money down the drain. It’s still an inconvenience and I just hope it doesn’t damage my paint as I have to wait until tomorrow to get it off of my car.

I don’t ever leave reviews ? This experience was great enough for me to do so. At the kiosk I was signing up for a monthly membership, attendant came over, everything was good. Approach the entrance, let the attendant know I had returned from a 600 mile trip to and from my daughters wedding. Asked if he could get the bugs off the front of my truck. The response and action to my request felt very personal. They spent several extra minutes soaking and prepping my truck, in drive through car washes that’s like a life time. I will highly recommend this car wash anytime the conversation of a great car wash comes up.
