They prep your car VERY well before going through the wash, something most other car washes no longer do. This kind of customer service makes customers feel welcome and valued. Hands down the best car wash around, the workers are always friendly and helpful.
No towels till my car was dry. I did vacuum and after the towels came out I was able to wipe off water around my doors. But the salt on the sides was very apparent after the sun dried it. Have to wash it again.
For the price you can't beat it except for today I had to wait for the tenant to come out I was sitting at the car wash waiting to enter and he was standing inside the door talking I shouldn't have had to wait other than that it's great
I do love this car wash, however… the last couple of times that I have been through the Blountville location, and the one on fort Henry drive, I have had trouble getting in and it recognizing my plate. The first time I went to Blountville, I had to end up buying a car wash because the barrier wouldn’t ever lift to let me in. At the time, I thought maybe I had bought a subscription at a different car wash and just got them confused, so I purchased a $12 wash that day and let it go. Then last week I went to the one on fort Henry drive in Kingsport, and the same thing happens.
