Brandon was very professional. I am, however, surprised that when a termite guy comes out and finds termites that he has to schedule another appointment instead of taking care of the problem then.
Adam is always great at taking care of any issues we have. He is also very friendly. I’m glad they are pretty consistent on sending the same person to service our account. Feels like a part of the family.
Had an annual termite inspection today. Brandon was thorough and communicated well. Turns out we had an issue with carpenter ants that Brandon addressed. We were very satisfied with the service.
