My ShihTsu had discharge from his ear and Dr.Leslie was so attentive, even though it was close to closing time. She took the time to evaluate him and get to the core of the problem. He has gotten better each day. I had her take care of my other dog as well, before this, and she was as attentive then, as this time. It's a great place to take our fur babies.

Super amazing place. My grandma recommended after a very scary situation with my puppy. Emergency vet in Chattanooga wanted a fortune didn't help at all was only looking for money to be pulled out of our wallet. Made it through the night came here first thing this morning after a very questionable night and received real answers, treatment, medication and real COMPASSION in a short amount of time with no appointment needed. Super affordable. Helped us the best they could financially once we explain the emergency vet visit.

We had to make the decision to lay my grandmother’s 14yr old dog to rest. Our own vet wanted a small fortune for an exam even though the end was painfully obvious and she was visibly suffering. Having NEVER stepped foot in this business, we were welcomed immediately and cost effective. The best part was Dr. Newman. I don’t have a mom. But I felt like I had a mom there with me. She was very patient. She made sure we were ALL ready. We never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. She even took to time to explain every step and what to expect prior and during each part. We are moving all our dogs to Bishop. Thank you for treating us like family.
