“I have been going to Dr. Quinn for around 3 months. When I first started seeing him my lower back/hip pain was so severe I could not sit for longer than 1 hour without being in major pain. “I recently visited Elements Massage for a 60-minute session with Melissa. The studio was clean, and the staff were very welcoming and professional, which I appreciated.

Melissa focused well on the areas I mentioned as problematic. However, I did notice that the session started about 15 minutes after I arrived and wrapped up around 7 minutes early, so the actual massage time felt closer to 40 minutes than the full hour that was booked. And I am being generous.

Also, while the specific areas of concern were addressed, the massage didn’t cover the full body as expected from a standard 60-minute session. That said, the environment was calming and professional.
Tip : Consider clarify expectations ahead of time.
