He came out to my property and quoted me a price and told me he would grade my property as well. After working on it about a week he called me and told me he was in it already for $6,000 and that he could stay and keep working but we would have to pay him $250 an hour. He told me from the very beginning a price and said he if went over that it was on him and that he would finish because he is the one that under bid himself. He cleared the property but never graded it and was wanting to be paid for the work he did already or get $250 an hour to finish. Johnny is wonderful. He was able to meet with me on short notice. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent at returning phone calls. I will update this review when I have some pictures to show!!

Johnny has been working and helping me since 2018 . I have 92 acres was rough . Johnny has turned this property into a heaven on earth. I highly recommend him. He built a logging trail into a very nice lane a half mile long with a circle drive. A lake about 4 or 5 acres big excellent!!!! Everything house pad , electric, water, etc ....... He has excellent ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
