Lakeway RV

A late night toilet leak (read Niagara Falls reenactment in our camper) prompted my search for an emergency replacement, given the situation, time, shall we say, was of the essence. A search of the interwebs found two likely candidates for supply, Lakeway RV and a national chain that most RVers will use once, and never again. I want to give a huge thank you to Scott at Lakeway RV. Our camper stopped working in the middle of the night, so I called him the next morning. He patiently walked me through what was wrong over the phone. I had to call him back several times with more questions, and every single time he took the time to help me. Thanks to Scott, everything is working again. Outstanding customer service, and I can't thank him enough. If you need help with your RV, I highly recommend Lakeway RV!

I have always gotten excellent care from everyone. We have a 2003 Dutchstar that recently had to have both heat pumps replaced. Needless to say it turned out to be more difficult than we thought. After 3 days of their help over the phone we had to take it in to shop. We were on a time crunch due to beach trip. Brandon was in the roof with my husband and Rick and Scott handing parts and tools. They had to rewire my entire motorhome to the thermostat. They saved our trip finished the day before we were to leave. Thanks for all the help and God Bless!
