Deserves more than 5 stars! Scott & Brandon are experts in their field. We had some insurance work done on our RV & other repairs we paid for. There were no problems working with our insurance company. Everything was completed in a timely manner & the quality is top-notch. I would highly recommend them for any of your RV repair needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were so amazing!! Our hitch broke out on I-81 as we were passing through the area. Lakeway RV happened to be within 15 minutes of the exit we got off. My husband called to see if they could set us up with a new hitch. They could not have been nicer!! They gave us a choice between a new or used hitch and did not price gouge on either. As a matter of fact, the hitch they sold us was hundreds less than we would have paid at home or Camping World. Would definitely recommend this place. I called and spoke with Scott about some problems. I was having on my camper and he was very helpful and told me a few different things to try to see if that would help and what I was told was definitely what the problem was. He was very helpful and helping us find the part that needed to be replaced and was very helpful on telling us how to install it would definitely agree that we will use this place again
