She walked me through the entire process, explaining what she was doing step-by-step, which completely eased my anxiety. While waxing is never entirely painless, this was truly the least painful wax I have ever had! The office and staff are so clean and welcoming. By the end of the appointment, Angela and I were laughing and talking about our personal lives like old friends. Her spirit is so warm and understanding that I even gave her a hug before leaving.
