Bartlett Solid Waste Recycling

Today I called the sanitation department to inform them that I had stuff to be removed but it was in a dumpster bag. I have called twice but they could have informed me that they couldn’t pick up my in another vendor’s box. Therefore my trash has sit over the weekend. The personnel is never friendly when I called. I am paying taxes for these services. I have had issues with them destroying our trash bins and not replacing it until I call to complain. Those drivers know that they have torn the lids off and should call into their office for repairs .

During pickup yesterday the lid and handle from my trash bin got taken off and is nowhere to be found. I called it in and the immediately told me that they would send someone to repair the bin. This is awesome, I expected a run around instead got great service as usual.

Bartlett has the best Sanitation dept. we have ever dealt with...no delays, no messes and courteous people throughout the dept. we have been here 28 years and have never had a complaint. Thank you Bartlett!
