Wow! I live down the street from this shop and am frequently at the Kroger next door and Sonic across the street, so it is super convenient. The convenience doesn't matter because I'd happily drive here from across town. The technicians are SO amazing! Their pedicure is the best! They do take a while, but only because they are so thorough. I haven't had to wait yet. I do make an appointment, and they honor the time. I've only done a manicure once and it was also wonderful.

I went to this place by myself to help with my social anxiety and also treat myself to some nails. I mean I like the nails but my thumbs definitely are messed up and two different sizes. I also noticed that there’s a slight pink shade on some of my nails when I only wanted white. Some nails have a little too much product on them.The one thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact my nail technician kept looking behind me. Like he was waiting for people. He also kept going on his phone too. every time his regular clients came in, he mostly spoke to them while doing my nails. This place is clean and welcoming. The owner Tom did my nails and he was nice and friendly. I have gone to many other salons up and down Germantown pkwy and the techs do not try to make conversations with you unless they know you. These techs here talk to you and make you feel welcome. they did a fantastic job to my dip nails.
