Michael was very polite, informative and thorough. He presented repair options with absolutely no pressure to chose any specific option. My wife and I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Michael is definitely an asset to Air Masters and we would recommend Billy to anyone.
Brandon was very thorough, honest, and friendly. He was amazingly straightforward with the problems in my system and worked with me to figure out a way that I can afford it in the future. I will be calling him back when I have the money for the work. He is awesome.
