Gary did an outstanding job. His customer service was 10 stars. Fixed it right the first time.
Being this was going through my home warranty company it was a pain. By the way I no longer have them.
The only issue I had with your company was leaving voicemail and not receiving a call back on several different days. I was promised a call back and didn’t receive one.
Fix that issue and it would have been five stars.
I have now used Sun Cooling twice for an appliance repair. This time was for tocadd an additional heating element to our refrigerator. It was an involved repair taking two hours. As before, the repairmen were friendly, professional and explained each step of the repair. My only suggestion is that the computer generated email advising us of our repair date and time indicated our repair was in a four hour time frame in the morning. As the office immediately explained when I called at noon, we were the last appointment that day. Thanks guys because it had been hot as the devils place. The repairmen Patrick and Alex did great. Got me back cooling again. Patrick even knew what the problem could be right off the bat when asked what is the unit doing. That let me know he knows what he is doing. Because I told him that over the phone. Thanks guys.
