Staff our great from greeting at the receptionist to all the doc's associates and checkout. Professionals from top to bottom. Dr Rutland is exceptional doctor with keeping the patient informed and comfortable from day one. Thanks to all of them.
We were nervous and a little scared before my husband's appointment. However, the staff at Gastro One put us at complete ease with their good spirits, their excitement and even some humor. They called us by name. They made us feel welcome and that everything would be alright. They were professional and efficient. The building and everything in it was clean. We left with joy in our hearts!!! I would recommend Gastro One to everyone.
The entire staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Smalls put the icing on the cake. He asked me important questions, he listened to my questions and statements, and he had important tests ordered to look at other possibilities! My visit was great.
