Guy and his guys (Brandon and Chris) were absolutely phenomenal! The quality of their work put all the competition to bed! They are extremely responsive, personable, and listen to the customers needs. I was burnt by my first contractor and Guy helped me out step by step for that I needed to do - Brandon and Chris did the same. They even recommended others to make sure our bathroom remodel turned out just the way I wanted. The tile floor, backsplash behind the tub, and the entire shower was completed by them. This is a 10 star Company. Alex is to be commended for his professional, dignified,helpful, caring and timely manner in carrying out the installation of this carpet caused by a broken water pipe.Alex even came to verify the job was well done before accepting any compensation for the job! This is most extraordinary!!!❤️?Thank you kindly!!!♥️❤️ ♥️❤️Also, the husband and wife team that put the carpet down were squally as competent and Christian like in every way! WE LOVE OUR FLOOR! It was a pleasure to work with the Floor Covering International team. Guy, Alex, and Javier were exceptional from sales to installation. They made me feel comfortable through the whole process. They were thorough and precise. The cost was reasonable.
