I inquired on social media for references for having an in ground pool installed. The first 12-18 responses all replied Advanced Pools. Best decision I made! My entire experience from beginning to end was FANTASTIC. Jamie walked me trough everything that was going to happen & answered all my questions, no matter how “silly”. He sent a 3D rendition of what it will look like when completed. Before they even dig, they come out and do a final walk-through to make sure that the position and the location of the pool is exactly where you want it, if there are any changes to be made in the location that is the time to do it. I chose Advanced Pools to build my inground pool almost five years ago and am still impressed today with the level of customer service they provide. Jamie and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and maintain my pool equipment well after pool construction was completed. They provide a level of customer service that is difficult to find in today's service industry.
