Used to be a good place to take your taxes. Service was timely and efficient. Somehow things have gone downhill and now I know of a case where someone has been waiting since first of May (and it is now late JULY, nearly 3 months) for a simple amended return. The customer in question is elderly. I am shocked that an elderly person is being treated this way. Calls have been made by the customer and the adult daughter and all they give is excuses about other work and vacations. This is NOT right to let an older person wait and worry so about this!
