I had been going to Ray for years but then he forgot to file my 2020 taxes and said it was pandemic related, as to why it was running late. It’s going on 2023 and I still do not have my tax refund yet.He said he resubmitted them about a month ago but who knows for sure. I Can not find it on the IRS( where’s my refund) site.I paid $150.00 in 2020 for him to do them and we have nothing to show for it. He didn’t even offer to refund the 150. Horrible

Terrible service. Made an appt in Feb to get taxes done. Ray took our info and a $50 deposit and said he'd call when the taxes were ready. Never got a call. Tax time came and went. Took a month to get Ray to return calls. Said he'd forgotten us and we'd have to contact IRS to waive late charges. Owner made excuses and lied about what happened with Ray being "too busy".

Used to be a good place to take your taxes. Service was timely and efficient. Somehow things have gone downhill and now I know of a case where someone has been waiting since first of May (and it is now late JULY, nearly 3 months) for a simple amended return. The customer in question is elderly. I am shocked that an elderly person is being treated this way. Calls have been made by the customer and the adult daughter and all they give is excuses about other work and vacations. This is NOT right to let an older person wait and worry so about this! I would not go here anymore. After hearing the horror story of this person I have decided if I ever need tax help again I will most certainly avoid this place.
