When I contacted customer service regarding not having a vacuum plate for my pool, Renee went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to thoroughly investigate whether a vacuum plate was even supposed to be included with the pool I ordered. Purchased my in-ground pool kit from Pool Warehouse about 5 years ago and they continue to be a great resource for all things pool related.
