If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This morning I had to come in and they helped my baby cross the rainbow bridge. The amount of care, compassion, and empathy all the staff had was incredible. I didn’t have an appointment but called right when they opened after a long night of him not doing well and they said to bring him in right away. After it was done a staff member even offered me a hug. 10/10. Thank you Family and Friends clinic for making one of my worst days a little better.
We came in with our pitbull Ryah and she had eaten a block of mouse trap poison, one of those green blocks. They gave us advice over the phone and we brought her in and they were able to help us tight away.
The staff here are very nice and patient especially to be dealing with so much going on at once. I was pleased with the service my cat 'Bacon Strips' received. He's feeling much better now after a few days of rest. I would recommend them to others seeking this service.
