If you have Bose glasses go see Jay. I have a pair of Tenor Bose frames I had been using without lenses. He put a new set of prescription lenses in with no problem. Love the job he did. Thanks Jay...
Just stopping by to see what experiences people have been having here. I thought the doctor was charming and endearing, but I have known a few autistic people and I am not scared by similar behaviors. I dont know why this person is different, it may not be autism, but I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt because I'm a little odd too. And so are you.
What a wonderful surprise when they called this morning to tell me that my glasses were repaired. I didn't have the time to drive to Cleveland where I purchased my glasses, and I honestly expected them to say they couldn't work on them since I didn't purchase them there. Not only did they repair them, but there was no charge! Highly recommend!
