I watched the class that my son was in to see if he was going to like it and they had him hooked once he joined in on the class. I see positive things already from my son and can't wait to see the change in him once he starts going long term in the program. I will recommend this place for I see what just one class done for my son already.

Our family has all been blessed in a special way becoming a part of Senior Master Contreras' Martial Arts Academy. Their team is always encouraging everyone to have a great, fun experience learning how to defend themselves. We are so excited to always learn new things at the dojang in Athens. Thanks to all the instructors. You are the best!

This is a wonderful place! My son attends and just absolutely adores everyone. They do such a great job and I always feel welcomed. These fantastic instructors are molding my child into being an amazing and productive person.
