The entire crew was great, and the company is highly recommended for any project. One customer says the team helped work with an insurance company after a storm and was able to get a new roof covered. The team worked hard and did a great job, and protected the plants with fabric netting shields.
Another customer highly recommends the company after a roof replacement. The team was friendly and patient with a crazy schedule. The work was done quickly and everything was explained as the work progressed. The result is a beautiful roof that will last. Months later, the insurance company asked for proof that the work was done. The company responded with the same kindness and professionalism, and pictures were received the next day. This is a business that really cares about customer service, even after the job is done.
Alliance Roofing was able to quickly get a temporary cover over several damaged areas of a roof the day after a recent storm in March, preventing any further damage. The company worked alongside a customer in providing information to an insurance company to justify a total replacement. Alliance uses quality materials and is on site when they say they will be there. The install crew was very efficient in the work and did a great job cleaning up the sizable mess of a roof replacement. The customer will use them for any future needs and recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement.
The company did an excellent job reroofing a large section of the rear of a home. A customer had attempted to get this repaired previously by another contractor but continued to have leaks. Alliance identified the extent of the problem and had it repaired within a full day. The first rain came and there were no leaks. Great job. The customer highly recommends.
